Abstract

In 2020, according to Globocan, breast cancer has the highest incidence with over 2.3 million newly diagnosed cases, being as well the fifth leading cause of death from cancer. Given the latest statistics and the risk factors for the development of breast cancer, the role of prevention and screening is growing.
